Detroit Parking LLC offers as below:

  • Detroit Parking will staff the parking lot and pay its parking lot attendants.
  • Detroit Parking will charge the public a parking fee based on the regulations approved by the city of Cincinnati.
  • Detroit Parking will be responsible for snow removing costs during the winter season.
  • Detroit Parking will be responsible for annual city licensing fee to operate the business but not for zoning the property if required by the city of Cincinnati.
  • Detroit parking will pay to Landlord an amount of Described in current leasing rates of the properties or any other amount agreed upon per month as a rent of Parking lot.
  • Detroit Parking will maintain its garage keeper insurance of at least 1 million per occurrence to hold the Landlord/Lessee/Licensor harmless from any liability arising from the operation and business of Detroit Parking LLC.

If these basic terms or any other reasonable terms are acceptable by the management, Detroit Parking LLC will be pleased to proceed with this proposal.
